1. Advance Notification: You will receive a text message 13-24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery. This message will include a more specific expected delivery timeframe, confirmation of the delivery address, and the number of e-bikes to be delivered.

2. Primary Renter Presence: It's essential for the primary renter to be present at the time of delivery to receive the e-bikes and complete any necessary paperwork.

3. Comprehensive Walk-through: We review e-bike features, helmets, bike locks and charging method so you are comfortable and ready to ride.

At Breezy Bee's Rentals, the primary renter must be at least 18 years old to enter into a rental agreement.

Additionally, Manatee County Florida ordinance mandates that all riders must be at least 16 years old to legally operate a Class 3 electric bike. Our e-bikes are considered Class 2 with PAS (Pedal assist) and safety throttle which are governed at 20 mph.

We have chosen to align with the 16 year old age restriction for all riders due to safety protocol.

Safety is our top priority, and it’s essential to understand that our e-bikes are heavier (range from 45 - 78 lbs) and require a higher level of attention and control compared to regular bikes. Riders should be prepared to manage these differences to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. If you meet the age restrictions and have any concerns about handling the e-bike, we recommend starting with shorter, less trafficked routes to build confidence before embarking on longer rides.

We offer a flexible cancellation policy: Cancel for free up to 72 hours before your reservation. Within 72 hours, a single daily rate cancellation fee applies per e-bike. Within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee for the entire reservation applies. This helps us manage our fleet and serve more customers. Thank you for understanding!

Yes, Breezy Bee's Rentals offers roadside assistance for a fee. If you encounter any issues while on your adventure, please contact us for immediate assistance.

• For a flat tire, we will either fix the tire or swap the bike. You will be charged the repair cost for the tire. In addition, depending on your location at time of the flat, you maybe charged a roundtrip fee.

• In the case of a mechanical issue, we will swap the bike and assess the root cause of the problem. If mechanical issue was caused by customer misuse/negligence, a fee will be assessed.

This roadside assistance ensures you can continue your e-bike adventures without significant delays.

Upon delivery of your e-bike from Breezy Bee's Rentals, it is essential that you carefully inspect the bike for any damages. If you identify any issues, please notify Breezy Bee's as soon as feasible.

As a renter, you are responsible for all damages incurred during your rental period. Our detailed waiver and rental agreement provide further information on potential damages and any additional fees that may arise. For your convenience, these documents should be reviewed before your rental period to ensure you are fully informed.
