At Breezy Bee's we offer 2 convenient options for booking your e-bike rentals: If booking online, simply visit our website and provide your name, email address, delivery/pickup address, desired dates/timeframe of e-bike rental, and credit card for payment. For phone reservations, call us with same information: name, email address,  delivery/pickup address, desired dates/timeframe of e-bike rental.  We will create the reservation for you and send a shopping cart link to your email to facilitate secure online payment.

Advance Notification: You will receive a text message 13-24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery. This message will include a more specific expected delivery timeframe, confirmation of the delivery address, and the number of e-bikes to be delivered. 2. Primary Renter Presence: It's essential for the primary renter to be present at the time of delivery to receive the e-bikes and complete any necessary paperwork. 3. Comprehensive Walk-through: We review e-bike features, helmets, bike locks and charging method so you are comfortable and ready to ride.

At Breezy Bee's Rentals, the primary renter must be at least 18 years old to enter into a rental agreement. Additionally, Florida law mandates that all riders must be at least 16 years old to legally operate an electric bike. Safety is our top priority, and it’s essential to understand that e-bikes are heavier and require a higher level of attention and control compared to regular bikes. Riders should be prepared to manage these differences to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. If you have any concerns about handling the e-bike, we recommend starting with shorter, less trafficked routes to build confidence before embarking on longer rides. Happy riding!

What is Breezy Bee's cancellation policy?

At Breezy Bee's Rentals, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring our bikes are available for others. Up to 72 hours:  You can cancel your reservation for FREE up to 72 hours before your scheduled reservation. Within 72 hours: If you ancel within 72 hours of your reservation, a single daily rate cancellation fee will be applied per e-bike. Within 24 hours:  Should you cancel within 24 hours prior to your arrival, a 50% cancellation fee for the entire reservation will be applied.
